Each year, a random sample of Medicare Advantage plan members are asked to complete the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey.
Why? To determine their level of satisfaction with services received from health care professionals and their health plan. Survey results help us identify key success drivers and areas for improvement, which increases member satisfaction.
