Peoples Health Member Rewards Program: Expanded Offerings for 2026

We continue to reward your Peoples Health patients for taking care of their health by sending them a gift card for completing recommended health-related activities.
All your Peoples Health patients can continue to earn a $50 reward for completing a Peoples Health comprehensive wellness assessment, which helps us better understand their health needs and support you in coordinating their care.
New offerings include a reward tailored to personal need and rewards to enhance member experience:
A reward for completing a bone mineral density test
Female patients ages 67 to 85 with a qualifying fracture are eligible for this reward, which can be redeemed for a $50 gift card once the test is completed. The test date and location are required to redeem the reward.
Rewards for completing an 8-topic educational podcast series, Healthy Habits Learn and Earn
All patients are eligible to participate in the educational series, which occurs fully by phone through an interactive voice response (IVR) system over an eight-week period. The series is designed around CAHPS* survey themes and allows members to explore topics focused on health plan benefits and resources, annual wellness visits, strengthening provider relationships, medication adherence, physical activity and mental health, and the importance of vaccines.
The total reward amount available for completing the series is $25. Sign-up through the IVR earns a $10 reward. Completion of the final podcast earns an additional $15 reward. Rewards are redeemed through the IVR.
Your patients may mention these reward opportunities to you. Encourage them to complete eligible activities as soon as possible. We are working with Icario, an industry‐leading member engagement company, to administer the program, including confirming activity completion and assisting with reward redemption.
